Core Move of the Week: Side Bends

Your obliques will thank you for this exercise!  Enjoy!  


  • Get in to a side plank position.
  • Raise your arm over your head.
  • As you bring your arm down, lower your torso down.
  • As you lower your torso, make sure you are keeping your shoulder strong, and not sinking in to it.
  • Raising your arm back up, lift your torso up.  
  • Repeat.
